How you will make contributions that matter

Join Saputo Dairy Australia in Allansford and play a key role in improving how we produce safe, high-quality dairy products enjoyed nationwide.

This is a hands-on Process Engineer role where you’ll drive real improvements on the factory floor. You’ll analyse performance, solve problems, and lead initiatives that boost efficiency, quality, and safety.

• Improve production performance (yield, throughput, cost)
• Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/MOS)
• Ensure food safety and quality standards (GMP, HACCP)
• Set and maintain process controls, SOPs, and operating limits
• Support plant upgrades, trials, and capital projects
• Work closely with production, maintenance & quality teams
• Track performance through KPIs and reporting

About You

• Engineering degree (Chemical, Process, Mechanical or similar)
• Experience in manufacturing (food, dairy or FMCG ideal)
• Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and safe work practices
• Confident working cross-functionally on the floor
• Proactive, organised and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
