-Manage Production Department (Kiln, Milling, Stone Line) and coordinate with related teams
-Ensure workplace safety, attend safety meetings, and report risks
-Maintain product quality and ISO standards, propose corrective actions
-Attend production/maintenance meetings, evaluate new equipment purchases
-Maintain technical documentation and use data for decision-making
-Establish and track KPIs, provide performance reports
-Lead continuous improvement initiatives and production planning
-Support training programs
-Oversee workplace cleanliness and environmental reporting
