Qualifications:
· Industrial Engineer
· Core Tools will be an advantage
· IATF 16949 will be an advantage
· Automotive Industry Experience will be an advantage
Minimum requirements:

· Developing, reviewing, and implementing Control Plans and FMEA preferably using IQRM Software
· Creating and updating BOM’s
· Work Instruction, Standard Operating Procedures, Inspection Standards, Forms and guidelines compliant to OEM and relevant IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and other requirements.
· Shopfloor document and records control.
· Process/product related training.
· Recording data and validating the integrity thereof from activities/studies/tasks.
· Analysis of process performance using statistical and analytical tools.
· Support Process Audits.
· Developing and implementing Inspection Standards, Works Instructions and Flow charts.
· Ensuring Products and Supplier parts are approved prior to start of production.
· Product audits and layout inspections are to be carried out to validate the process.
· Developing and facilitating the implementation of statistical process controls.
· Monitor the process results compared to the process parameters.
· Ensure compliance to customer specific requirements (OEMs)
· Carry out production trials, capability studies, product validations, capacity studies, etc.
· Verification of new part and Engineering Changes.
· Identifying improvement opportunities.
· Implementing appropriate best practices and lessons learnt.
Participating in Lean & continuous improvement initiatives.
