Establish, monitor, and optimize process parameters.
Develop method and process for new toy to production.
Strive to utilize state-of-the-art technology for equipment processes.
Improve automation technology within process engineering with focusing on safety, quality, reliability and productivity.
Maintain documentation on process time and material yield in Material systems.
Troubleshooting and implement Corrective Actions for process part quality issues.
Provide technical supports for process related issues.
Improve productivity and work methods.
Design tooling and machinery assigned process
Minimum diploma from reputable university majoring in Industrial or Mechatronics Engineering
Preferably 3 years experience with related background (Have portfolio of process improvements / innovation in applied robotics and automation is a plus).
Capable to use AutoCad, Solidworks, Creo and Microsoft Office
Have knowledge in introductory to basic mechanical design, electrical concept and pneumatic.
Proven proficiency in both spoken and written English
Willing to be placed in Cikarang
