What you’ll be doing:
Manage the day-to-day execution of the process.
Ensuring processes are documented commonly to ensure consistency in approach and method.
Explain and guide people through the process and handle any low-level process issues.
Oversight of processes and working to maintain optimization of the production line.
Continual evaluation of equipment and processes to ensure sustained high efficiency and quality.
Preparing reports, statistics data, and analysis.
Lead commissioning of new equipment or production lines.
Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.
Assisting Technicians in troubleshooting in the event of a problem
Developing a plan assesses the effectiveness of a business function and offers recommendations for improvement.
Mapping all the inputs and outputs of the process, able to recommend ways to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and increase customer satisfaction.
Developing a project plan for implementing improvements and monitoring the new process to ensure it works as intended.
Monitoring process KPI reports. And take corrective actions when needed.
The main driving factor to achieve energy cost saving in the Plant.

BA degree in chemical engineering or similar relevant field. Master’s degree is a great PLUS.
Strong planning, coordination skills, and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify, assess, and solve problems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to persuade others to change existing practices.
Strong written and verbal English language.
Excellent analytical and statistical skills.
Familiarity with MS Office Tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous experience with SAP, CAD, and AutoCAD is advanced.
Basic knowledge of ISO 50001 is an advantage.
Process and product improvement.
Total quality management.
Basic knowledge of Lean manufacturing, project, and process management.
Previous experience in process management is advanced.
Six Sigma Green Belt is advanced.
Strong logical reasoning skills, business intelligence, and insight.
