Job Description

, Responsibilities and Expectations:

- Execute tests and experiments to evaluate process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support NPI activities from the ground up, including assembly line setup, process definition, and production procedure development.
-Troubleshoot production issues and drive corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) to maintain operational stability.
- Partner closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to align on priorities and execute improvements effectively.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and equipment or tooling requirements.
- Proactively observe production operations and engage with operators and stakeholders to surface and implement process enhancements.
- Train on-site staff on new equipment, procedures, and updated production processes.
- Utilize the MES system to extract, analyze, and present key production metrics, including yield, throughput, and cycle time.
- Apply basic Python scripting to support data analysis and process monitoring tasks.


Essential Skills and Experience:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in a production or process engineering role.
- Bachelors degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Manufacturing engineering.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is a must
- Must be available on-site at the facility in Taoyuan
- Should be familiar with Python scripting.
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems is a plus.
- Candidates with CAD skills is a plus (Fusion360/Inventor/Solidworks).
