• Responsible for process and design of all aspects of Process Engineering for Mineral and Chemical Process plants.
• Responsible for scoping through detailed engineering and execution of plans.
• Prepare and write technical reports as per National Instrument 43-101.
• Perform Process Modeling (Mineral and chemical plants) for client projects
• Process Engineering and Design, equipment sizing and selection, review of plant layout
• Review of other Engineering deliverables for a project and interpreting and discussing with relevant
• stakeholders
• Bias Test analysis and determination of Bias/non-Bias results
• Proposal Development which includes cost estimating, review of technical and commercial content
• Project Management of all aspects of projects from start to finish, making and decisions as appropriate
• Provides guidance and/or leadership to others, including indirect reports, peers, or managers No

Qualifications

• B.S. Mining or Process Engineering Required
• M.S./Mining or Process Engineering Required
• 8 + years of experience in Mining or Process Engineering Required
• Registered Professional Engineer
• Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101 (designation)
• Language Skills: English
• Mathematical Skills: Statistics, Process modeling,
• Advanced mathematics
• Reasoning Skills/Abilities: Excellent
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and
• interpersonal skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of process plant operations,
• process simulation tools
• Extensive knowledge of process design methods, process
• modeling
• Detail-oriented and has the ability to meet project
• deadlines
• Experience in working with base metals and precious
• metal mineral processing
• Perform engineering in all project phases of process design
• Financial and Feasibility studies/modeling
• Microsoft Office 365
• Extensive ability in programing Excel Spreadsheets
• METSIM
• Bruno
