Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your process engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.
You'll play a key role in defining manufacturing processes and associated equipment for new products, ensuring alignment with industrial policies and project standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Production, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement), create and maintain industrial documentation, and support production to achieve manufacturing targets, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
Defining the manufacturing process and associated equipment for new products while considering industrial policies, existing standards, and project constraints
Performing industrial documentation, including the creation of material lists, work instructions, and task sequences for the project
Estimating the manufacturing workload for components within your domain of expertise
Industrializing retrofit processes after engineering changes, including updating documentation and workstation definitions
Supporting production teams to ensure manufacturing targets are met effectively
Actively participating in continuous improvement workshops to enhance processes and efficiency
Contributing to industrial REX (Return of Experience) by sharing insights on manufacturing processes
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes
Maintaining a conscientious approach to commitments and deliverables
Demonstrating strong communication skills to foster teamwork and effective collaboration

Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Experience or understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial workflows
