We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our Factory in Łódź.


As a key member of the Engineering Team, you will play an essential role in implementing and supervising technological production processes. In this position, you will lead modern initiatives and drive technological improvements aimed at enhancing product quality and reducing production costs.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Controlling, modifying and improving the manufacturing process considering cost, H&S and quality aspects.

  • Implementing and launching new processes, tools and supervising the setting up of production machines.

  • Monitoring and reporting on production results and metrics.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely production and technical efficiency of production machines.

  • Identifying problems and implementing preventive solutions.

  • Maintaining technical documentation.

  • Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, work instructions, and existing environmental and quality procedures.

Your background

  • Higher technical education.

  • Over 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company.

  • Ability to create technical specifications, work schedules and read technical drawings.

  • Experience in optimizing manufacturing processes using quality tools and lean manufacturing (5s, Kaizen, problem solving, TPM).

  • Good knowledge of English and Polish.

  • Goal-oriented and analytical problem-solving mindset.

  • Communication and teamwork skills.

  • Good organization of own work, self-reliance, responsibility and punctuality.
