Engineering 1 is a foundational role at Creation Technologies, focused on executing moderate to moderately complex engineering tasks required in the creation, configuration and optimization of industrial processes required to produce and/or test Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) and/or box assemblies. This entry-level engineering position is crucial for those starting their career in electronics manufacturing services, providing an opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting while developing first areas of subject matter expertise and learning industry standards and practices. This role supports engineering activities under the guidance of Engineering Management. It’s a role that combines hands-on experience with professional growth, offering insights into manufacturing processes and a pathway for future advancement in the field.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel office equipment, objects, tools, or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; reach with hands
and arms; and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision
and identification, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

high noise levels from operating machines or physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts.
