1. monitor/improve the process capacity of the production line
- Utilize the engeering tools like SPC/Cpk to monitor process stability
- Improve the process capability to reduce the process defect rate
- Report process capacity periodically
2. Optimize the process to improve quality and productivity
- Design/purchase fixture/tools to improve the process
- develop/introduce the process for new product
- Study and recommend techniques like IE to improve existing products/processes
- Lead small project to achieve the project objectives such as safety improvement, production efficiency improvement etc.
3. Support production running smoothly
- Solve the production line problem on time to ensure the production line running smoothly
- Prepare the process for any temporary process
- Analyze the root cause and take correct actions, put the action into SOP
- Assist production operator training
4. Assist product management
- Implement the product change in production line and submit the change suggetion
- Support the special requirement of the customer, prepare BOM, process and so on
- Maintain the BOM/Routing in SAP as need
- Develop the verification plan for PPAP parts as needed
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology
• Above 5 years experience of mechanical production process devlopment/maintenance
• Consolidated experience in IE, can use IE tools to improve the production line performance
• Experience with ERP, MES
• Lean production experience
