Job Description

Primarily responsible for supporting the development, optimization and transfer of new products, processes and technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build product through all phases of Product Realization in both a cleanroom and general manufacturing environment
  • Assist in the design of fixturing and procurement of equipment
  • Installing and maintaining equipment / fixturing
  • Utilize manual and/or automated measurement equipment/tools.
  • Accurately draft and optimize manufacturing procedures
  • Proficient at solving problems in a timely manner
  • Understands cause and effect as it pertains to process development

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of process development technician experience
  • Experience working in a cleanroom environment
  • Mechanical or electrical production experience
  • Must be self-motivated, ambitious and able to work effectively on a team
  • Strong experimental and hands-on technical skills
  • Ability to diagnose and solve problems with complex systems

Preferred:

  • Medical component or device manufacturing is preferred

Salary range: $27 to 33/hr depending on skills and experience
