  • Component release: Ensure component processibility and reliability fulfills product requirement.
  • Develop and optimize SMT process, adjust design and process parameters, prepare technical documentation.
  • Continuous process optimization, analyze defects from production, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to reduce internal defect cost.
  • Support in quality issues: collaborate with quality department and production teams to analyze the root causes, propose corrective and preventive actions, evaluate the risk.

Qualifications

  • Educational: Background in mechanical engineering or material engineering with a master's degree or higher.
  • Professional Skills: Familiar with metallurgy-related fields or has working experience in SMT (Surface Mount Technology), with a solid understanding of relevant processes and technical principles. Familiar with common industry standards (e.g., IPC, ISO); A good understanding of component processibility and reliability testing is a plus.
  • Project Experience: Experience in process development and optimization, experience in problem solving of quality cases. Involvement in digitalization projects is a plus.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
  • Personality Traits: Open-minded, self-driven, and innovative.
  • Problem-Solving Skills; Cross-Department Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork.
