Job Description

INFICON Aaland Ab is looking for a Process Developer to join our finance and accounting department. Please note that the workplace is in Mariehamn (Åland, Finland) and that the role requires good oral and written skills in both Swedish and English.

The position is a project employment planned to run for one year, with the possibility of extending the employment. We are looking for someone who wants to develop and streamline the processes related to cash flow.

Your Role

As a process developer in our finance department, you will develop our internal processes in close cooperation with our teams in Mariehamn. You will also work with colleagues within the INFICON Group in Liechtenstein, Germany and the USA, to ensure that our ways of working are aligned with the Group's common processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and streamline the purchasing process, from order registration to receipt of invoice.
• Develop and streamline the invoice handling process, from invoice receipt and approval to payment via bank.
• Automate and streamline cash flow forecasting.
• Take part in the transition to a new version of our ERP system.

Qualifications

• A degree in finance or business administration
• Experience of similar processes
• Problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
• Practical and solution-oriented
• Structured and self-motivated, with the ability to drive and coordinate improvement initiatives from start to finish
• Ability to work both independently and as part of several teams
• Experience of SAP is an advantage
