Capital Group’s Enterprise Change Office (ECO) is made up of 140+ dedicated initiative delivery and practice experts that lead initiatives by business domain including Product, Sales and Marketing, Global Business Services, Investment Operations, and Information Technology

As a Process Design & Optimization (PD&O)DeliveryLead, you will contribute to the delivery of our business transformation programs.You willindependently leadstrategic,highcomplexity PD&O efforts through the full life cycle with guidance from senior management across Capital Group to increase scale and efficiency.Through your knowledge oftransformation leadershipandprocess optimization youwill drive scale inCapital’skey operational processes.Youwillmanage anddevelop process optimizationresources to buildnewcapabilitiesand capacityforthe PD&O practice.

Youarea trustedleaderandtalented communicatorto keycustomers and stakeholders You drive decision-making through your ability tomanage and alignstakeholder expectations.

You maximize value by developing andfacilitatinga consultative engagement approach to your initiatives, includingbenefitsrealization, governance structures, change management, and ECO practice engagement

Please note, this role does require you to work in office four days a week at our Los Angeles, CA or Charlotte, NC location, with the

flexibility to work from home on Fridays.

• You have 10+years of management consulting or transformation leadership experience and/or 15+years of experience in business analysis, end-to-end process design/re-engineering/optimizationforlarge, complex initiatives,or implementing workflow solutions and robotic process automation

• You are a strategicleaderwho can developanddeliverclear strategies for transformation, including scope definition,prioritizing / sequencingoutcomesandobjectives,settingeffective success measures,andestablishingwork approachwithproblem-solvingtechniques

• Youhave at least 5 years of people management experienceanddemonstratedproficiencyin leading senior practitioners, including development ofassociates’skills and capabilities

• Youleverageyour problem-solvingexpertiseand influenceto unlockmeasurablebusiness results AND shift key operational ways of working

• You have experienceleveragingChange Management best practices to deliver solutions in partnership with project and business teams and worked in agile environments

• You are a strong, collaborative, critical thinker withdemonstratedability to analyze challenges and develop thoughtful recommendations and compelling visual and written content

• You are an expertcommunicatorand facilitatorwhoplacesa high value on being authentic,respectfuland engagingvarying audiences

• You have a deep curiosity with technology asdemonstratedthrough projecttransformation experience alongside technology teams

• You are skilled at establishing,nurturingand growing working relationships with clients, teammembersand shared services upon which you rely

• You are proficient with AI tools and haveexperienceincorporating them into day-to-day work

• You have a solid understanding of the asset management industry with several years of experience

• You have strong organizational skills, you are a driver, self-directed, and focused on delivering tangible value to the business

Preferred:

Y ou have a deep understandingofkey process transformation frameworksandcanadaptappropriately to meet business needs

• You have applied experience working with Human Centered Design and/or other Design Thinking frameworks to cultivate innovation and deepen your impact solving human-centric problems

• You have working knowledge of process improvement principles and best practices, asacquiredthrough a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt accreditation

• You haveexperience applyingbusiness process management frameworks to promote end-to-end process management

• You have recent experienceleadingProcurement related transformations

Charlotte Base Salary Range: $153,842-$246,147

Southern California Base Salary Range: $179,273-$286,837

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
