�� We’re Hiring: Process Design Engineer

�� Location: PWP Industrial Park from Ariceștii Rahtivani �� Full‑time

We are looking for a Process Design Engineer to join our Process Engineering team. In this role, you will design and optimize manufacturing processes, lead improvement initiatives, and support the successful industrialization of new products in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and tooling solutions
Lead process improvement and automation projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Create and maintain process layouts, tooling lists, and technical documentation

Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Product Design, and R&D teams
Develop and implement PFMEAs, Process Flow Diagrams, and Control Plans
Analyze process data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
Manage multiple engineering projects while meeting quality, cost, and timing targets

What We’re Looking For

�� Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
��️ Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes, tooling, or product design
��
Strong CAD skills (2D/3D) with experience designing complex tooling and fixtures
�� Solid knowledge of machining, assembly, and automation processes
�� Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and structured problem‑solving methods
�� Working knowledge of PFMEA, Process Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams
�� Fluency in spoken and written English is required
�� Proactive, team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, cross‑functional environment

Considered a plus:

��️ Strong project management and communication skills
��️ 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes or product design
