Zodpovednosť za výrobné procesy v bunke a ich neustále zlepšovanie
Podpora rozvoja operátorov priamo na pracovisku
Spolupráca s technickým oddelením pri nastavovaní a optimalizácii procesných parametrov (Center Lines)
Tvorba a aktualizácia štandardov a kontrolných listov
Školenie operátorov v procesoch CL, CHO (Change Over) a CM (Change Management)
Analýza strát, prestojov a nekvality, návrh opatrení na zlepšenie
Kontrola dodržiavania nastavených parametrov a štandardov
Týždenné potvrdzovanie účinnosti procesov a príprava dát na meetingy
Úzka spolupráca s lídrom bunky na plnení akčných plánov a zvyšovaní OEE
Profil kandidáta
Technické myslenie a skúsenosti z výroby (strojárstvo/technológia výhodou)
Schopnosť analyzovať dáta a procesné parametre
Zodpovedný prístup a orientácia na výsledky
Skúsenosť s priamou komunikáciou s operátormi a vedením procesu
Proaktivita, schopnosť riešiť problémy a nastavovať priority
Znalosť práce s dokumentáciou a procesnými štandardmi

Základná mzda junior od 1300 EUR/mesiac brutto, senior od 1600 EUR/mesiac brutto
Priemerna mesačná mzda junior od 1495 EUR/mesiac brutto, senior od 1840 EUR
Variabilná zložka mzdy (štandard 15%)
