Process Controller/ Lab

Location: Hung Yen

Role Purpose:

  • To ensure SOPs, WIs are implemented correctly on the shop floor and key process variables in dyeing are controlled.
  • Acting as the representative of lab management during the shift time

What you will do (Key Responsibilities):

Safety & Housekeeping

  • Follow Company Health and Safety regulations.
  • Ensure all accidents/incidents and near miss are immediately reported to shift supervisor and the dyelab manager
  • Maintain high standards for housekeeping.

Productivity/Quality

  • Regularly checking, observing and guiding operators to ensure WIs and SOPs are implemented correctly & recording and reporting process variables in dyeing as format provided.
  • Ensure all grey threads, dyes and chemicals ready at dyeing machines for next batches while current batches are running to deliver the consistency of LpMpD targets. Any delay in the preparation process should be immediately communicated to the relevant people.
  • Monitor and coordinate with dyeing supervisors and engineering technicians to minimize the machine stoppage due to breakdown and all machine safety issues are immediately reported and taken actions.
  • Cover for dispensing and dyeing operators during their break times.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the lab management.
