McCormick & Company, Inc., a global leader in the spice, flavor, and seasonings industry, is seeking a full-time Process Control/Electrical Controls Technician on the 1st Shift. This new hire will work at McCormick's Hunt Valley Plant, located at 11100 McCormick Road in Hunt Valley, MD.

The Electrical Controls Technician is a technical role within the Engineering Department responsible for supporting electrical, controls, and automation systems across manufacturing, packaging, processing, utilities, and facility equipment. This position provides hands-on technical support for troubleshooting, maintaining, improving, and implementing electrical control systems that support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. The technician serves as a key technical resource for control systems, electrical troubleshooting, automation support, and equipment improvement initiatives.

Base Salary: $33.32 - $49.97
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan.
