The Process Control Inspector is responsible for monitoring manufacturing processes, workmanship standards, and product quality throughout the facility to ensure compliance with customer specifications, engineering requirements, internal procedures, and quality expectations.
This role conducts routine production floor walkthroughs, identifies process deviations and quality concerns, documents findings, and communicates issues to production and quality leadership to help prevent larger manufacturing or customer-related quality issues. The Process Control Inspector serves as a proactive quality presence within the facility and supports continuous improvement across all departments.
