PROCESS CONTROL ENGINEER

About the Role

The company is scaling electrospun nanofiber production to enable next-generation performance materials. With headquarters in Singapore and R&D and production facilities in the Philippines, we develop and manufacture cutting-edge, PFAS-free materials that combine breathability, waterproofing, and sustainability,
redefining performance for industries worldwide. We are looking for a Process Control Engineer to help translate R&D-developed processes into stable, scalable, and repeatable manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do

• Translate lab-scale processes into production-ready systems
• Optimize process parameters (flow, voltage, temperature, etc.)
• Work with automation and PLC systems to improve control and stability
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues in production
• Collaborate with R&D and operations to improve yield and consistency
• Support scale-up and continuous improvement initiatives
  

What We're Looking For

• Registered Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with industrial automation, PLC, or control systems
• Strong understanding of process optimization and troubleshooting
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Familiarity with instrumentation, sensors, and data monitoring
• Exposure to high-voltage systems or advanced materials is a plus

Setup: On-site (Mon - Sat)
