Job Description

Working in the Telenet Strategy & Corporate Development -team

As a Senior Process Analyst, you define the process management standards to be applied within Telenet, you maintain Telenet’s Process Landscape, and you identify improvement areas based on ongoing and future initiatives, maturity gaps, weaknesses, regulation and business continuity needs. Building on this foundation, you translate high‑level BPM ambitions into practical frameworks, governance mechanisms and ways of working that strengthen organizational maturity. You further play a key role in embedding process thinking across teams and ensuring our process landscape continuously evolves to meet business objectives.

For selected processes and initiatives, you ensure and manage (continuous) improvements in the business processes, with a view on cost savings, process efficiency and customer satisfaction. In doing so, you collaborate closely with business stakeholders to analyze end‑to‑end processes, uncover root causes, and design sustainable solutions. You provide data‑driven insights to guide decision‑making, challenge assumptions, and ensure improvement efforts align with strategic priorities.

Your main tasks as Senior Process Analyst

  • Build and mature Telenet’s BPM capability
    • Define BPM standards, guidelines, templates, and governance frameworks.
    • Maintain and evolve the enterprise Process Landscape and Heatmap.
  • Drive a culture of process ownership
    • Coach and support process owners and analysts.
    • Facilitate adoption of BPM practices across the organization through training, coaching and supporting of process owners and experts.
  • Lead and execute process improvement initiatives
    • Redesign and optimize E2E processes related to customer journeys, service delivery, network assurance, and operational excellence.
    • Identify improvement opportunities based on performance data, compliance needs, business continuity, and strategic priorities.
    • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders
  • Enable data-driven decision making
    • Analyze performance drivers to support leadership in prioritizing initiatives.
    • Provide insights in gaps between current process maturity and target process maturity based on strategic decisions
  • Challenge and align stakeholders
    • Question existing structures, uncover root causes, and propose pragmatic alternatives.
    • Bridge perspectives across departments and ensure alignment in complex transformation initiatives.
  • Drive the Team’s Strategic Direction
    • Play a key role in guiding the team’s direction
    • Proactively identify improvements and introduce ideas that strengthen our team’s alignment with organizational goals.
    • Shape initiatives that help the team evolve in line with changing needs and long‑term ambitions.
    • Coach colleagues and contribute to embedding a culture of continuous improvement

Our ideal Senior Process Analyst

… has

  • Master’s degree and 7+ years of experience in BPM, process consulting or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in English, Dutch or French are a plus.
  • Experience in delivering end-to-end process transformations in complex environments.
  • Strong knowledge of BPM principles, frameworks, and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Experience with process modelling and BPM tools (e.g., Signavio, ARIS…).
  • Affinity with IT, network infrastructure, and telco operational processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance helicopter view with attention to detail.
  • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Curious and informed about BPM trends, process automation, and AI technologies.
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Storytelling and presentation skills (towards all roles within the BPM framework)
