Job Description

I’mAkvilė from the Learning & Competence Development team within Sales and we are looking for a colleague to shape and improve how learningoperations, processes andtoolsenable sales teams to perform and grow.

This role focuses onexploringandapplyingautomation and AIdrivensolutions across ourteam andsales training activities. You will work closely with our team and salesteamsto continuously improve how learning is designed,deliveredand scaled.

Youdon’tneed to beanautomation expertyet— curiosity, an analytical mindset, and a willingness to learn and improve ways of working matter most.

Whatyou’lldo:

  • Review and automatesaleslearningrelated processes, reducing manual work

  • Explore and apply AIdriven solutions

  • Work closely withtrainersand internal teams to understand needs and translate them into practical improvements

  • Define KPIs, use data and insights to measure impact, and support datadriven decisions

  • Continuously look for new methods,toolsand ways of working to improve how learning is delivered and supported

What will help you succeed in this role

  • Experience in process improvement, automation, businessanalysisor similar roles(experience in learning or training environments is an advantage)

  • Background in sales, telco environment is a strong advantage

  • Handson experience or strong interest in tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, or similar

  • Experience working with learning or business systems (Moodle, Workday, SAP CRM) is an advantage

  • Strong interest in automation, AI, and digital tools that improve efficiency

  • Analytical mindset and ability to see connections across processes, systems, and teams

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership and drive improvements forward

  • ProficiencyinLithuanian andEnglish

Monthly salary range 2000–3100 EUR (gross) + annual performance bonuses
