About the Team
This role joins a fast-paced Chief of Staff team with a mandate to improve how teams perform and drive employee engagement across 500 strong global business.
About the Role
This role is accountable for driving operational excellence and tangible, measurable progress by identifying and delivering process improvement that enable our teams’ productivity, removes low value work and supports continuous improvement. You will be accountable for driving excellence in how Cirium teams own, improve and continuously evolve their end‑to‑end processes. Enabling our internal teams to increase the amount of time they are able to spend on high-value, high impact, customer outcome led work.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract. By the end of the contract, we would expect to see:
