Job Responsibilities

• Perform regular quality checks on processed transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• Select appropriate samples of transactions for auditing based on defined sampling techniques
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports and dashboards
• Conduct regular audits to identify errors, process deviations, and compliance issues
• Work closely with operation teams to ensure quality objectives are met and resolve issues alise with the team members

Person Specifications

• 6+ months of relevant experience in Internal Audit/ Finance & Accounting
• Prior experience in the BPO industry will be an added advantage
• Following or completed a relevant degree program or professional qualification in CIMA / ACCA / AAT/ CA
• Good knowledge and experience in MS Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
