Job Responsibilities

This role is responsible for processing accounting transactions (Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, General ledger and Fixed assests) on SAP within the given SLAs and accuracy levels

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account clearing activities.
• Prepare and post journal entries while maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting processes.
• Analyze financial data, investigate variances, and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to support continuous process improvements and operational excellence.

Person Specifications

• Minimum 1 of experience in Record-to-Report (R2R), General Ledger, Financial Reporting, or a related Finance & Accounting function.
• Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Partly or fully qualified in CA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA, AAT, CPA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work on a roster basis, including up to two weekend days per month.
