Job Responsibilities

This role is responsible for
Categorizing and arranging invoices according to the Finance functions in the system
Checking VAT invoices with the IRD regulations
Scanning and uploading invoices to the document management system (BPOmate)
Scanning and uploading invoices to the supplier portal (SupplierMate)
Re-arranging and re-checking the VAT input schedules
Handling SupplierMate queries and providing information for system improvements

Person Specifications

Currently reading a bachelor’s degree or Professional Qualification in Finance or a related field from a recognized Institution.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
Ability to work under pressure and manage SLAs and timelines.
