Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated R2R Fresher to join the Finance and Accounting team. The candidate will support the Record to Report process by assisting in general accounting activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end closing, fixed asset accounting, and financial reporting. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to end-to-end financial operations, accounting standards, and ERP systems while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with accounting policies.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Perform balance sheet and GL account reconciliations.
• Assist in fixed asset accounting and depreciation calculations.
• Monitor and resolve accounting discrepancies and open items.
• Support intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and management reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting queries.
