DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides support to the NCS Office by assisting with escrow-related processes and specific office language, while adhering to standard operating procedures and company policies.
  • Opens orders, inputs closing statements, obtains, and verifies information received from clients through phone calls and emails, and inputs validated data in client-supplied applications to meet project specifications.
  • Conducts follow-up calls or emails to ensure information orders are processed within specified turn-around time.
  • Attends project orientation, job-related training, or company-initiated training and applies the learnings to effectively perform their tasks.
  • Ensures compliance with company rules and regulations, which shall include but are not limited to the Employee Code of Discipline, the policies on Quality Management System (QMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), and Environmental Management System (EMS); and other duties and responsibilities prescribed for all ADEC employees.
  • Ensures compliance of all Non-Conformity Corrective Action Preventive Action Concessions (NCAPACs) and all other audit findings within the prescribed period.
  • Reports security incidents and/or any identified security weaknesses.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
  • Project coordination and abstract thinking
  • Ability to track complex Customer requests.
  • Searches title plant records compiling chain of title.
  • Uses research to create and maintain files, records, and reports.
  • Audits calculations and legal documents for accuracy.
  • Communicates recording information and prepares legal property documents such as Endorsements.
  • Examines and interprets tax and assessment reports, follows title practice regarding the issuance of title commitments, policies, endorsements and guarantees.
  • Able to review and determine proper authority of entity documents provided.
  • Independent thinking on finding available resources.
  • Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations, which shall include but not limited to the Employee Code of Discipline, the policies on QMS, ISMS and EMS; and other duties and responsibilities prescribed for all AMDATEX employees
  • Reports security incidents and / or any identified security weaknesses.

Education

  • Graduate (Commerce/Art/Business Administration)
  • Experience in US Mortgage and Title documents
  • Professional work experience of 1-6 years.
