
The Process Architect Supply & Production Planning (m/f/d) will play a critical role in defining, designing, and implementing robust supply & production planning processes and digital solutions for Fresenius Kabi. With extensive operational experience in supply and production planning functions and software implementation projects, you will be responsible for process design, master data object definition, and leading software implementations. Your expertise with solutions such as SAP IBP, SAP PPDS (S/4 Hana), or other market-leading tools will drive process excellence in a dynamic business transformation program. This role requires close collaboration with Supply Chain Line Functions, global production sites (travel required) and a Fresenius business transformation team to select, design, and implement effective planning processes and systems.
Process Design & Master Data Definition
Collaborate with the Line Function to develop and optimize supply & production planning and material requirements planning processes in line with global best practices.
Define and manage master data objects critical for production and materials requirements planning systems.
Document process flows and create guidelines to support standardized supply and production planning operations.
Software-Implementation & Integration
Lead or support software implementation projects involving supply planning, production planning and MRP solutions.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of software solutions with existing systems.
Global Collaboration & Transformation
Work closely with Supply Chain Line Function and global production sites to understand requirements and implement standardized processes.
Participate in a global business transformation program (ELEVATE), contributing to the design and rollout of new production planning strategies.
Provide subject matter expertise and training to end-users and stakeholders across various regions.
Project & Change Management
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful implementation.
Monitor and report on project progress, addressing challenges and optimizing processes as needed.
Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
University degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Extensive experience in production planning and materials planning functions or in production planning software implementation projects.
Proven track record in process design, master data object definition, and project management.
Demonstrated experience with software solutions such as SAP MRP, SAP PPDS (S/4 Hana), SAP IBP or other leading planning tools.
Experience in either FMCG or pharmaceutical industries.
Experience working in global organizations with diverse production sites and cross-functional teams.
In-depth understanding of supply and production planning principles and best practices.
Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and digital transformation methodologies.
Familiarity with software integration and implementation techniques within a complex global environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.
