The Process Architect Manager is responsible for establishing and governing the organization’s enterprise process architecture to ensure processes are standardized, integrated, and aligned with business strategy and transformation initiatives. This role leads the design and optimization of end-to-end processes across multiple domains, enabling operational efficiency, digital transformation, and automation readiness.
The role collaborates closely with Process Owners, Operational Leaders, and Transformation teams to ensure processes are well-structured, documented, and governed throughout the process lifecycle. The Process Architect Manager also leads a team of Senior Process Architects responsible for process modeling, analysis, and redesign.
Define and maintain the organization’s enterprise process architecture framework and standards
Ensure alignment of processes with business strategy, transformation programs, and digital initiatives
Design and oversee end-to-end cross-functional process structures across multiple business domains.
Establish process taxonomy, hierarchy, and governance models
Lead the design, redesign, and optimization of enterprise processes to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
Ensure processes are standardized, scalable, and automation-ready
Identify opportunities for process simplification, digitization, and continuous improvement
Oversee the development of to-be process designs aligned with operational goals.
Establish and enforce process governance frameworks, standards, and documentation practices.
Ensure processes are properly documented in the enterprise process repository
Facilitate process review, approval, and change governance mechanisms
Ensure consistency and integration of processes across functions and operational units.
Lead and mentor Senior Process Architects responsible for process modeling and analysis.
Partner with Process Owners, Service Owners, and operational teams to align process design with operational needs.
Work with technology, transformation, and automation teams to ensure processes support digital enablement initiatives.
Drive enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives
Support automation, digital transformation, and operational excellence programs
Monitor process architecture maturity and recommend improvement opportunities.
