
We are expanding our Business Transformation team and are seeking a Process Architect Homecare (m/f/d). In this role, you will drive the design, testing, and deployment of all Homecare business processes within SAP S/4HANA, while defining and standardizing end-to-end patient-related processes across all functional streams (from e.g. sourcing, warehousing, Lead-to-Cash (L2C), finance, reimbursement, reporting). You will also drive process design along the E2E Homecare process across multiple applications relevant for SAP S/4 HANA process. You will collaborate closely with global functions, Market Units, and the central transformation team, engaging with stakeholders across regions to gather requirements, design master data, and implement SAP templates. Acting as the key interface between business and IT, you will ensure full alignment between process design and system functionality across the Homecare lifecycle.
Define, design, and document standardized Homecare processes across all functional streams.
Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Homecare solutions within L2C (e.g., order management, pricing and billing).
Align and ensure configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Homecare solutions within the other functional streams.
Define and govern master data essential for global Homecare process execution.
Ensure robust patient data governance across Homecare processes, including data quality, privacy (GDPR), and compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate closely with global functions, Market Units, and the central business transformation team to ensure consistent process adoption.
Engage with global stakeholders to support the implementation and rollout of the SAP Homecare template across regions.
Act as the key liaison between business and IT, ensuring alignment between process design and system functionality.
Conduct requirements engineering and define detailed test scenarios and test cases to ensure high-quality system delivery.
Ensure processes and SAP configurations align with regulatory requirements, financial controls, and industry best practices.
Leverage SAP S/4HANA capabilities and integrate with related 3rd party solutions (e.g., local Homecare systems, reimbursement platforms, ePresciption) where relevant.
Ensure seamless integration with other end-to-end (E2E) process streams, maintaining consistency of data flows, controls, and cross-functional process dependencies.
Provide global end-user support and training during implementation; travel internationally as required.
University degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, IT, or a related field.
Extensive professional experience in Pharmaceutical or MedTech industries as well as experience working in global business transformation programs across multiple sites.
Professional experience in Homecare.
Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA L2C processes, ideally within regulated environments, and familiarity with adjacent solutions (e.g. reimbursement platforms, ePrescription) as well as integration with functional streams and with third-party systems.
Experience with Salesforce integration is beneficial, particularly within an L2C environment.
Strong experience in designing and implementing end-to-end processes (Level 3 to Level 5), with a demonstrated ability to define and manage SAP master data (e.g., customer, pricing, billing, and financial master data).
Strong background in requirements engineering and software test definition.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues, developing innovative, compliant solutions.
Proven project and leadership capabilities, paired with an ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion under tight deadlines, with a proactive, adaptable working style and willingness to travel internationally.
