At IPCO, we design, test, and deliver world-class process equipment solutions. We’re looking for a Process Applications Engineer to support our Productivity Center through hands-on testing, customer collaboration, and equipment commissioning.
Support sales teams with technical testing and process validation for new customer requests.
Conduct lab and pilot tests to evaluate product performance on IPCO equipment.
Prepare detailed technical reports and recommendations for internal and client use.
Assist with equipment start-ups and commissioning (rental and new installations).
Collaborate with engineering and service teams to translate test results into optimized solutions.
Act as a Rotoformer/ScatterPro specialist, providing technical guidance and customer training.
Maintain lab safety, cleanliness, and chemical inventory.
Travel up to 30% (some international travel required for training).
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
2–10 years of relevant experience in process engineering, testing, or commissioning.
Strong understanding of heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and applied engineering principles.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Dynamics, and familiarity with AutoCAD a plus.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work hands-on with equipment (lifting up to 80 lbs, using tools, operating lifts).
