Build trusted, analytics-ready datasets by integrating, contextualizing, and structuring operational data from systems such as PI, MES, ELN, instrument platforms, and manufacturing data sources.
Work closely with mammalian manufacturing and process teams to understand how operational data is generated, used, and interpreted within real manufacturing and GMP workflows.
Analyze process trends, variability, bottlenecks, and performance drivers across batches, campaigns, and workflows using statistical and analytical techniques.
Develop operational dashboards, analytical views, and process intelligence solutions used daily by MSAT, Process Development, Manufacturing, QA, and Operations teams
Translate complex operational and manufacturing datasets into actionable insights and improvement opportunities that support process robustness and operational performance.
Support GMP deliverables and reporting activities whileidentifyingopportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve underlying data and operational workflows.
Improve operational data quality, traceability, contextualization, and usability to enable scalable analytics and reliable decision-making.
Collaborate closely with MSAT, Manufacturing, QA, Automation, IT, and global data teams to deliver scalable, operationally relevant, and production-ready data and analytics solutions.
Strong passion foranalyzing complex process and manufacturing dataand translating it into actionable insights and scalable solutions
Ability to think beyond reporting and leverage data to improve process understanding, operational performance, and decision-making
Experience collaborating with manufacturing and process teams, ideally within mammalian production environments
Strong interest in working at the intersection of process science, operational analytics, and digital transformation
Good understanding of how data is generated, structured, andutilizedwithin operational environments
Ability to clearly communicate complex analyses and translate them into practical recommendations for diverse stakeholders
Hands-on mindset with a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork
TechnicalRequirements
Experience with process analytics, operational analytics, and industrial data environments
Practical skills in SQL, Python, statistical analysis, and data visualization
Understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes
Experience with tools such asSeeq, SIMCA, Statistica, Power BI, PI System, Azure, Git, or comparable platforms
PreferredQualifications
Experience in a CDMO environment or knowledge of mammalian manufacturing / bioprocess development
Interest in process behavior, variability, GMP-related support, and continuous improvement
