Title: Process Analyst & PIM Admin Assistant (Temporary)
Location: Medina, OH – On Site
Duration: 3–6 months, with possible extension
Department: Business Operations
Reports To: VP of Business Operation
We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Analyst & PIM Admin Assistant to support our Product Information Management (PIM) system (Akeneo) and assist with process documentation and improvement efforts.
This temporary contract role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing information, working with data, and learning how business systems and workflows operate. You’ll work closely with our PIM Administrator to keep product information accurate and well-structured, help document processes, and provide general administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
PIM Support
• Assist in entering, updating, and validating product data in Akeneo
• Help organize attributes, categories, and product relationships
• Perform routine data quality checks and flag discrepancies
• Support bulk data imports/exports under the guidance of the PIM Administrator
Process Documentation & Support
• Assist in mapping and documenting business processes
• Help maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Collect and organize feedback from internal users for process improvements
General Administrative Assistance
• Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets for review
• Help coordinate small projects or task follow-ups
• Maintain documentation libraries and ensure files are up-to-date
Qualifications
Required
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Intermediate Excel proficiency (pivot tables
• Comfort working with structured data and following established procedures
• Willingness to learn new tools and workflows
Preferred
• Manufacturing experience
• Exposure to any PIM, ERP, or database system
• Preferred systems: Infor (System 21), Akeneo, Salsify, Pimcore
• Understanding of Master Data Management
• Familiarity with process mapping or documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Lean/Six Sigma Principles
