Your Team
The Enterprise Customer & Operations team (EC&O) enables ASX to run better. This is through improving customer experiences and interactions, delivering simplified processes and services, integrated delivery planning and capability, and driving consistency of standards.
The Enterprise Enablement (EE) team within EC&O is responsible for providing enterprise capabilities and frameworks, that enable and govern change, transformation, delivery, strategy execution, customer products, data management and process mapping.
Your responsibilities
Prepare, review and update processing mapping including transitioning existing documentation into the SAPSignaviotool.
Build strong relationships and a deep understanding of the processes in the assigned areas.
Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to ensure pain points and requirements are gathered and documented to deliver future state
Identifyopportunities to strengthen controls and drive efficiencies through automation and use of AI.
Champion the use of the enterprise process mapping practices and the enterprise tool (SAPSignavio). Support the Lead role to uplift the enterprise capability and the community of practice.
Engage constructively with stakeholders and communicate clearly and proactively to support alignment and effective outcomes.
Contribute to a collaborative Enterprise Enablement culture by role‑modelling ASX values and actively breaking down silos.
Work across teams and divisions to share knowledge, resolveissuesand improve end‑to‑end enterprise outcomes.
Undertake other activitiesreasonably requiredto support the effective operation of the Enterprise Enablement function.
Engage with Enterprise Customer & Operations and cross‑divisional peers to support delivery,coordinationand execution outcomes.
Your experience and qualifications
Must have
Signavio
Design Thinking
Six Sigma/Lean or equivalent
Proven experience in end-to-end process improvement to maximise efficiencies
Experience in presenting, leading andfacilitatingworkshops with a wide range of stakeholders including executive level
Demonstrated strategic and analytical skills to interpret business needs and develop effective solutions
Excellent relationship building and influencing skills, with an ability to build consensus
Experience in Design Thinking to ensure customer & employee experience is considered in all design elements
Experience with problem solving techniques (i.e. Root cause analysis)
Continuous improvement tools and techniques
Nice to have
Experience in Financial Markets / capital markets
Worked on Agile, Lean and Waterfall projects
Experience using Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Agile, and Confluence).
Experience in driving capability uplift e.g. "training the trainer"
