We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh This role will be based in Auckland This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The QA / Process Analyst will support the operations leadership team by identifying improvement opportunities within operational processes, implementing audit processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role also involves generating reports and setting up training plans to support process changes and new ways of working.

We will count on you to:

  • Develop a strong understanding of current operational processes across Marsh and MMB Operations.
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with operations colleagues and Team Leaders.
  • Implement and manage regular quality audit processes, ensuring quality standards are met and corrective actions are taken.
  • Produce accurate process documentation such as process maps and SOPs.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on operational and quality failures and monitor improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with the NZ business technology team to automate routine manual tasks.
  • Create training materials and support the embedding of a continuous improvement culture.
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports to support operational and quality objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adhere to company policies on quality, risk, compliance, and professional development.

What you need to have:

  • University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role, with 2 years in insurance or financial services preferred.
  • High level of Microsoft Office tools skills primarily in Microsoft 365, excel and macros.
  • Utilisation of AI a definite advantage.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, numerical, and organizational skills.
  • Exposure to quality management frameworks and ideologies are definite advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and interface with colleagues at all levels.
  • Experience working with technology solutions and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of insurance market, clients, and claims management related to the area of expertise.
