The Procedural Sales Specialist (PSS) is an exciting, fast paced role that supports our customers in the Operating Room to ensure BD Endourology products are used appropriately and contribute to positive patient outcomes. No two days are ever the same, you'll be interacting with Endourologist Surgeons, Operating Room staff, Supply Chain, and other decision makers and influencers in the hospital setting.
You'll prove your ability to sell BD Endourology products and educate on their proper use. Ultimately building the BD business and your credentials to advance in your Medical Device Sales career.
The primary responsibility of the Procedural Specialist job is to provide field level support to physicians and other clinical and administrative professionals, predominantly in hospitals and surgery centers. Working closely with their assigned Territory Managers, PSS will travel extensively to provide in-servicing support, product demonstrations, and case support on the safe and effective use of BD Endourology devices. They will help drive sales revenue to exceed territory targets, and define and develop new business opportunities that clearly reflect the company’s goals and contribute to overall team success. The PSS role is crafted to lead qualified and proven individuals to the position of Territory Manager. PSS must be open to relocation to assume responsibility for an open territory. Additionally, they must conduct business with integrity and in accordance with BD Code of Ethics and all applicable policies, rules and procedures.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and take care of a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

This position works in a home office, hospital, HCP office or clinical environment. The noise level in the work environment is quiet to moderate. Frequent travel within a defined geography is required.
