You will be joining DB’s Central Problem Management team in APAC, helping to drive the stability of the Production Environment in the Bank. The goal is to minimize the adverse impact of incidents and problems caused by error in the IT infrastructure to prevent the reoccurrence by identifying and eliminating the root causes. The role ensures that the known errors and workarounds are documented and communicated effectively. You will engage and partner with various technology groups to drive root cause analysis and remediation.
