Job Description

If you’re after impact, there’s no other organisation in Australia that delivers work on this scale.

If finding complex technological solutions is your game, we've got the team for you. You're going to help us create seamless operations that result in efficiency for millions of customers.

In this role, you'll:

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of problem management across a complex, multi-vendor technology environment. This specialist role focuses on investigating major incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing preventative actions to minimise recurrence and business impact.

You will act as the central point of coordination between internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring timely investigations and clear communication, including at executive level. Working across enterprise, regulatory, and operational technology domains, you will strengthen problem management practices and contribute to improving overall service stability.

About you

The ideal candidate is an experienced Problem Management professional with strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks (v4 preferred) and a proven ability to lead investigations across incident and major incident processes. You are a process SME rather than a deep technical specialist, with strong facilitation skills and the ability to coordinate stakeholders across multiple vendors and technology domains.

Excellent communication skills are essential, with confidence engaging at all levels, including senior leadership. We are looking for a proactive and collaborative individual who can drive outcomes, apply structured root cause analysis techniques (e.g. fishbone), and foster a culture of continuous improvement in an open and supportive team environment.
