Problem Manager

We are seeking a Problem Management to deliver structured investigation and resolution services for recurring and major incidents. This role is critical in identifying underlying problems and driving continuous improvement within our operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of the Problem Management Process:
  Lead and manage the Problem Management lifecycle, ensuring effective execution of processes.
• Identification of Problems:
  Analyze incident trends and assess operational impacts to identify underlying problems.
• Coordination of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Activities:
  Facilitate RCA activities to understand the root causes of incidents and develop actionable plans for resolution.
• Tracking Corrective and Preventive Actions:
  Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, ensuring they are closed effectively.
• Governance of Known Errors:
  Document and manage known errors and workarounds, maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base.
• Reporting:
  Prepare and present reports on problem trends, root causes, and improvement actions to stakeholders.
