Probe Technology Engineer

Location: Samut Prakan

Salary: Up to 150,000 THB

Hiring: Thai nationals only

We are looking for a
highly experienced Probe Technology Engineer with at least 7 years of hands-on
experience in probing technology, wafer test operations, or semiconductor test
engineering. The role focuses on advanced probe card qualification, performance
optimization, and improving test efficiency across multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute
  probing technology qualification procedures with hardware and wafer test teams
• Operate and
  support test equipment including probers, probe card analyzers, manipulators,
  and related tooling
• Design and run
  statistically proven experiments to evaluate probe wear out, stabilize contact
  resistance, and control probe tip dimensions
• Monitor probe card
  performance at production test sites to optimize yield, lifetime, and
  maintenance cycles
• Collaborate with
  technology suppliers to troubleshoot hardware-related issues and implement
  corrective actions
• Contribute to
  technology roadmap reviews and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with
  wafer test requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or
  Master's degree in Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, MEMS, or a closely
  related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in probe technology,
  wafer probing, semiconductor test engineering, or related test technology roles
• Strong
  understanding of electrical and mechanical requirements in semiconductor
  processes
• Experience
  designing experiments and analyzing statistical data
• Systematic, detail-oriented, and highly structured working style
• Strong
  communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English
• Thai nationality
