About the Role

We’re looking for a high-impact Pro Trade Store Manager to lead and optimize our Sellersburg pro trade location. This role owns store performance end-to-end—from sales and margin to inventory strategy, merchandising, and contractor experience.

You’ll build a contractor-first environment focused on speed, reliability, and productivity,while leading a team of 10–12 associates and partnering directly with company leadership. This is a key leadership role with visibility to the President and a major influence on our continued growth in Pro Trade services.



What You’ll Do

· Own store performance across sales,margin, and inventory productivity

· Design and continuously improve store layout, merchandising, and contractor flow

· Analyze key metrics including inventory turns, GMROI, SKU performance, and foot traffic

· Lead product assortment strategy (SKU expansion, reduction, and optimization)

· Partner with Purchasing on buying and stocking strategies

· Execute vendor partnerships,promotions, and in-store programs

· Lead buy online, pick up in store(BOPIS) execution with fast contractor fulfillment

· Support and scale hot-shot delivery and jobsite-ready services

· Launch and manage a best-in-class decking & outdoor living showroom

· Hire, coach, and lead a team of 10–12team members

· Collaborate with Operations,Marketing, and E-Commerce teams

· Report performance insights to executive leadership





What We’re Looking For

Required:

· 7+ years of leadership experience in retail, pro trade, wholesale, or branch operations

· Experience managing teams of 10+employees

· Strong analytical skills across sales, margin, and inventory metrics

· Experience working with professional contractors or B2B customers

· Proven leadership and accountability



Preferred

· Background in building materials,lumber, decking, or hardware

· Experience with inventory turns,GMROI, and vendor programs

· Exposure to BOPIS or omnichannel retail environments

· Showroom launch or merchandising experience
