Your Key Responsibilities

• Operate Pro-Seal GT2 machines in line with Health and Safety procedures
• Select the correct function, program and tooling for each production run
• Set heater temperatures and load the appropriate film for the run
• Position and thread film correctly, ensuring secure lock and appropriate tension
• Complete and maintain the Film Usage Traceability Sheet (QCH089)
• Ensure trays are correctly aligned throughout the process
• Remove and dispose of waste film appropriately
• Identify and resolve interlock issues and clear blockages safely
