Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is to equip the Pro B2B Sales team with tools, resources, and training needed to maximize their selling effectiveness. The role includes working with sales leadership to identify and address skill gaps, developing and implementing enablement programs and communicating sales strategy. This responsibility includes maintaining the day-to-day program operations, communicating program resources to relevant stakeholders, and managing continuous improvement of pro programs.
What You Will Do
Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Support development and optimization of sales coverage strategies (territories, accounts, roles)
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance
Translate business questions into data-driven insights and recommendations
Partner with cross-functional teams to align sales strategy and planning
Manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with field sales teams, Operations, Sales Leadership, and other internal partners to gather feedback, identify challenges, and implement solutions that support the overall pro sales strategy.
Maintain strong relationships with field sales teams to provide strategic support, collaboration and coaching to help achieve performance goals.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and content.
Leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize sales enablement strategies and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices to enhance programs and processes.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education or Related Field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
5 Years Experience in sales enablement, sales training, program management or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools PPT, Excel.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate sales teams effectively.
Strong project management skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
