ABOUT CUIDADO CASERO HOME HEALTH AND HOSPICE

Cuidado Casero’s compassionate and dedicated staff provides an array of home health and hospice services to our clients and their families with professional care in the privacy of their homes.
The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible for nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care, and includes comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring of the client's condition, health promotion and prevention, coordination of services, teaching and training activities, and provision of direct nursing care and other duties as deemed necessary.
Driving & Other Requirements
Must have and maintain a valid state driver license, have a registered and reliable vehicle that meets state law standards, and meets the insurance standards of company. Position requires travel between company sites as well as the community. Traveling by car or airplanes to local or out-of-town meetings, seminars, and conferences.
This position requires at least the following minimum requirements:

Cuidado Casero/CC are Medicare certified agencies providing home care and hospice, hospice, PCO, PCA, and PHC in Texas, New Mexico, Virginia, and Puerto Rico. We have accomplished CHAP accreditation in Home Health since 1996 and are also providers for Medicaid, Medicare, Private Insurance, Workers Compensation, and State funded programs for Primary Home Care and Family Care. Cuidado Casero/CC agencies are wholly owned and operated corporations.
Cuidado Casero/CC offers effective and coordinated health care services which include outcome oriented treatment plans, rehabilitation services, and disease-state management programs. Bilingual Nurses, Therapists, Medical Social Workers, and office personnel are on staff to meet the needs of the Spanish speaking population.
