PRN - Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at LindenGrove in Mukwonago - AM, PM or NOC shifts

LindenGrove Mukwonago, an Illuminus Community, is hiring PRN Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN). We offer a continuum of care which includes assisted living, memory support, and short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults. We are passionate about offering holistic, transformative care and helping those in need rediscover their light within.

• Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
• AM, PM and NOC shifts available
• $27.00-45.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Shift Differential for PM and NOC Shifts
• A casual team member (PRN) is required to: work six shifts per month; at least three of the shifts must be on a weekend; work one summer and one winter holiday (as available).

Our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse.

The Registered Nurse (RN) will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident’s total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, all while ensuring the provision of person centered care.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wisconsin.
• Active CPR
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
• Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
