How you’ll contribute
A Registered Nurse RNwho excels in this role is responsible for supporting the needs of the department with a focus on clinical, operational, and administrative excellence.
What we’re looking for
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Education Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
Experience Previous experience in a psychiatric health‑care facility with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred.
License: Current RN license as required by state regulations.
Certifications CPR and de‑escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.

Programs include inpatient mental health and addiction treatment, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT).
