About the Department
The Ambulatory Surgery Center is a brand new facility located in a premier location near the hospital on Breckenridge Lane containing 6 OR suites and 1 procedure room. This addition to the Baptist Health system will provide a state of the art free standing outpatient surgery facility achieving high efficiency for surgeons and the best experience for patients. Surgical specialties include urology, gynecology, plastic surgery, oculoplasty, general surgery, and pain managementPerioperative experience is required
The radiology technician works with the surgical team in the pain room environment. Must possess strong clinical knowledge and skills regarding pain procedures. Must be highly motivated and self-directed with a positive attitude and good communication skills. Wiling to have flexible work schedules and duties which will include ancillary duties as cleaning rooms between cases, stocking room, and have a proven record to expedite room turn over, good organizational skills and an understanding of importance of teamwork in a fast paced environment.

Graduate from accredited Radiology Program
