Physical Therapist PRN
(Acute Weekend Rotation Required)

We are seeking a skilled PRN Physical Therapist, to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and set goals in collaboration with patients and their families. You will educate patients and families as part of the treatment process and ensure all documentation complies with insurance and regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities include educating staff and students, participating in departmental program development, and overseeing daily operations in the manager’s absence. The therapist will also communicate with physicians and healthcare providers regarding patient care and discharge planning, while staying current with industry research. You will supervise departmental personnel to ensure organized and efficient service delivery. This position is ideal for a dedicated professional committed to providing excellent patient care and contributing to the success of the department.
Requirements:
Current active or current temporary Kentucky Physical Therapy License
BLS certification within 90 days of hire
